Conrad N. Hilton Fund for Sisters Selects a New Executive Director

Agoura Hills, CA – Sister Gina Marie Blunck, SND has been selected by the Board of the Conrad N. Hilton Fund for Sisters to serve as its new Executive Director. Sister Gina will return to her home state of California as she takes on this critical role of leading the philanthropic organization that supports Catholic Sisters worldwide. In this role she will be responsible for the development and implementation of the vision of the Sisters Fund and will oversee the Sisters Fund operations as well as implementation of board approved strategies.

Sister Gina has most recently served as the Treasurer General for the Sisters of Notre Dame Generalate in Rome, Italy. While in Rome, she proposed and coordinated the design and execution of a Congregational Fund, which distributes close to a million dollars annually in grants for projects assisting the poor and disadvantaged in the Congregation’s missions. With notable roles in Finance and Business, she brings a wealth of experience as the leader of the Sisters Fund which disperses $7-8 million in small grants annually.

Sister Gina has a Master of Science in Administration from the College of Business of the University of Notre Dame as well as a Masters in Arts in Education from Californian Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Science from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles.
