The Commission is an organism at the service of the two Unions (USG and UISG) with the purpose of offering observations and practical support on issues and problems concerning health.
It aims at representing a meeting point for cooperation among the various religious Institutes that are dedicated to alleviating suffering and promoting social welfare services. Its goal is to improve the quality of our ministerial service through an exchange of experiences and mutual aid.
It is determined to monitor the changes that are produced in society in order to provide guidance in overcoming today’s problems regarding anthropological issues, according to the Social Doctrine of the Church.
It hopes to be an instrument in promoting cooperation between the two Unions and other Bodies and Organizations that have the same objectives as our Religious Institutes.
