INTERFAITH COLLABORATION AGAINST TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS
In the recent interview, Sister Gabriella Bottani, SMC, shares about G20 Interfaith Forum held in Bologna, Italy where she took part as one of the speakers in the panel about human trafficking and the current work of Talitha Kum project.
“Collaboration is one of the most important strategies to combat the crime like human trafficking. The governments, civil society and people of faith also have their role to play – they are able to make the difference. The contribution that religion may give is the ethical and moral dimension, which reminds that every person, everyone has dignity, because we are loved and created by God. There is no space for discrimination.”
