A Mediacor crew followed the International conference “Consecratio et Consecratio per Evangelica Consilia. Reflections, unresolved issues and possible pathways”, held at the Pontifical University Antonianum from the 3rd to the 6st of May 2018. The conference was organised by the Vatican Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. In particular, Mediacor has taped more than 40 interviews with the organisers, the speakers, and the participants (more than 700, coming from all over the world).
During the conference, many high-quality papers have been presented on the relevance, the meaning, and the authentic comprehension of the concept of consecration. The goal of the conference was to explore what joins together and what distinguishes the various forms of consecrated life, and to identify the open issues on which it is necessary to start to reflect.
The audience granted by Pope Francis to the participants gave further impulse to the debate.
Our clips can be watched on “Mediacor srl” YouTube channel or on Mediacor Facebook page, where one can also find pictures and reports of the various days of the conference. Should one wish to receive some videos or photos via email, please send your request to info@mediacor.it.
