Dear Brother/Sister,

Re: presentation of the analysis of the results  of the questionnaire on the “Religious families’ service to the health of migrants”

You may remember that at the beginning of this year the Health Commission of the Unions presented to you a questionnaire aimed at gathering information on the response of religious families to the specific challenge represented by the service to migrants’ health.
The purposes of the questionnaire was the identification those religious families involved in such ministry and the extent of it.

The Commission examined the answers received within the timeframe indicated (few answers were submitted later and were not included in the analysis), analysed them and prepared a brief report, translated in the most common languages.

The contact persons for those congregations who compiled the questionnaire and indicated that they were involved in the ministry to migrants’ health will receive complete copies of the “quick and dirty” assessment report.

Summaries of the same reports are also made available for all congregations member of the two Unions at the following link.

The President of the Commission and its members are grateful to all the Congregations who have participated in the compilation of the questionnaire, and hope they have managed to offer at least a summary documentation of the precious service of religious families to the protection of migrants’ health.

Fraternally

USG and UISG Secretaries
