Positions Available at UISG
The following two creative opportunities are available to join the team at UISG in their mission to enrich and support religious life at a global level.
Administrator of the Centre for Religious Life at Regina Mundi
The administrator will work with other UISG staff members to plan and oversee the delivery of formation programmes, workshops, seminars, webinars and other events at UISG. The successful candidate will manage the various practical matters associated with such events and will work with the Executive Secretary to secure funding and sponsorship where necessary. Applicants should have the capacity to work in Italian and English and some prior experience in administration. The position is for three years.
Coordinator of Course for the Preparation of Formators (in English)
UISG is currently working to establish a 5-6 month programme (January – June) to prepare (or update) religious women to serve as formators within their congregations. This course will likely be offered in collaboration with a Pontifical University in Rome. It will involve areas of study (e.g. spirituality, human sciences and psychology) and opportunities for personal renewal and transformation. The course coordinator will work with the Executive Secretary and an expert planning group to help design the programme and then will select and accompany participants during the January – June period. As this is the initial phase of designing and evaluating a new programme the position is initially for one year.
Applications for these positions should be submitted through the Congregational Leader/Superior General to reach the Executive Secretary, Sr. Pat Murray ibvm (segretaria.esecutiva@uisg.org) by August 10, 2018.
